LEGAL INFORMATION
Yes. According to the Government of Canada's regulations, plastic knuckles are excluded from the prohibited weapons classification.
Don’t just take our word for it—below is screenshot from the Government of Canada’s official website: Plastic knuckles (like ours, made from Plastic) are legal in Canada.
Note : even though Plastic Knuckles are legal in Canada, "Their misuse may nonetheless be punishable under other laws."
Under Canadian law {Criminal Code Regulations, Section 43-44(a)}, metal brass knuckles are defined as:
"A band of metal with one or more finger holes designed to fit over the fingers of the hand... Brass knuckles can be made of any type of metal."
Material matters: Only metal knuckles are prohibited.
Design is irrelevant: Even "half knuckles" or combined weapons (e.g., brass knuckle knives) are banned if the handle is metal and meets the definition.
Plastic is exempt: The law specifically notes
"Plastic knuckles do not fall within the definition of 'brass knuckle."
Our products are not weapons and are sold as novelty/collector items.
Misuse (e.g., modification into a weapon) may violate other laws.
