How the Warranty Works
1. Proof of Purchase: Provide your original order confirmation email or receipt to verify your purchase.
2. Contact US: Email us at [email protected] with details and photos of the damaged item.
3. Replacement: Once verified, we’ll send you a brand-new replacement at no extra cost.
Warranty Exclusions
This Lifetime Warranty does not cover any cosmetic wear, scratches, or aesthetic changes that occur during normal use. It also excludes damage resulting from intentional misuse, abuse, or modifications to the product. Only breakage caused by normal impact use is covered under this warranty.
